Frequently Asked Questions

Below you will find the answers to common questions regarding the No Place Like Home campaign. If you do not find the information you are looking for here, please contact the Administration office at (405) 354-9222.

Was the football field originally a part of the Big Vision campaign?

Yes.  The Big Vision campaign originally included the construction of a football and a baseball field, but as plans were finalized, the school board decided to prioritize building additional classrooms to meet the growing academic needs of our students.

Why can't we use our old football field?

Due to the growth of our school, we will move from 8-man football to 11-man football for the 2024 football season.   The field at Taylor Park does not meet the specs to make this transition, so the construction of the football field is the urgent priority of this three-part project.

How are we able to start on the football field if the campaign has just kicked off?

There were some resources available to allow us to begin the construction process, but the completion of the project is reliant on the funds raised by the No Place Like Home campaign.

What is the timeline for completion of the Fine Arts classrooms and baseball field?

We aim to finalize plans by the end of summer and begin construction as soon as we have enough funds.  We plan to build the fine arts classrooms followed by the baseball field; however, this is subject to change based on costs, turnaround time, and other variables.  Your prayers, pledges, and gifts will ultimately determine the timeline, but our hope is to have all the money raised within one year.
