Transcript Release Authorization

If the student is under 18, the guardian is required to give authorization for a record release. A student 18 or over does not need permission

“I hereby give permission for my student's transcript of academic work and test scores to be sent to colleges, universities, or scholarship programs to which he/she is applying.”
